The extent to which our garments are personalised is truly up to you. In this section of the site we will explain the processes and workflow involved in personalising garments, we will not be discussing the actual manufacture of clothing just our embroidery and screen printing services, if you wish to discuss custom made clothing please call or email us.
In order for you to have an example of exactly what can be done we have created a 'real-world' example of our services, follow this link EuroBOSS for the complete package.
The production process:
Initial concept: Templates downloaded from the Field Classics web site for items of clothing to be personalised, client roughs designs on templates and submits to John or Stuart, via email or fax. A rough costing can be given at this stage.
Supply of logos: Client supplies good quality hard copy of logos to be used, logos/designs should be at least 150mm2, Field Classics digitise designs or separate colours out for screen printing.
Selection of clothing: Suitable clothing discussed with client and Field Classics. Sample: Embroidered sample sent to client for approval or printout if to be screen printed. Final costings given at this point.
Client approval: Client approves or amends sample, if amended another sample submitted. If approved garments go into production.
Delivery: Clothing/garments delivered to client by courier. This whole process may take as little as 14 days but obviously depends upon volume of clothing, stock availability and time taken for approval and amendments.
